Buy outright
Prefer to own the hall straight away? Besides leasing, the club can also buy the hall in one go, without a lease structure.
Owner from day one
Does the club have its own funds, a loan or a grant available? Then buying outright is a good alternative to leasing. The club pays for the hall in one go and becomes the full owner on completion.
The process stays the same: we advise, match the hall to the court and take care of production, assembly and handover. The club simply arranges the funding itself.
Benefits of buying
Full ownership of the hall right away
No monthly lease payments
No interest or lease costs over time
Free to adapt or extend the hall later
Buy or lease?
The right option depends on the club's finances and plans. Leasing spreads the costs with no upfront investment. Buying requires an investment, but the hall belongs to the club straight away. We are happy to compare both options for you.
Lease: no upfront investment
Lease: fixed instalments, owned by the club at the end
Buy: owner on completion
Buy: no ongoing lease obligations
Always the same halls and European materials
Always advice, assembly and aftercare included
